How can I get CellTrust FlightAssist on my phone?
Go to www.flightassist.com and complete the required fields designating the flight you are interested in tracking to subscribe.  Once you have designated the flight, CellTrust FlightAssist will forward ALERTS and REMINDERS to your cell phone and optionally up to four additional cell phone numbers of your choice.
How can I stop the ALERTS/REMINDERS from being sent to my mobile phone?
Text message FAST STOP to disable CellTrust FlightAssist.

What does a subscription cost?
Our basic subscription cost is 99 cents.  Our AdvanceTrack service is an additional $1.00. With a basic subscription for 99 cents you will receive a combination of up to six ALERTS/REMINDERS.  With the AdvanceTrack service for $1.99 you have the option to specify an additional five REMINDERS.

What about my Circle of Friends, do they have to pay?
Yes. This means both you and anyone in your Circle of Firends whom you want to have flight tracking information sent to will be billed accordingly. They will receive the option to OPT-IN prior to receiving the information and being charged for it.

What payment methods do you support?
Charges will be reflected on your cell phone bill.  In a future version, users can use their credit card (Master Card, Visa, and American Express) to purchase one or a bundle of credits.

What is the difference between an ALERT and a REMINDER?
A REMINDER is set by a user to remind them of an upcoming flight.  An ALERT is generated by CellTrust FlightAssist to warn of an event such as delay, cancellation or a gate change.

What types of events trigger an ALERT?
A delay on arrival or departure greater than 20 minutes, a cancellation, a re-route to another airport or a gate or terminal change.

How many ALERTS and REMINDERS will I get with my subscription?
With a basic subscription for 99 cents you will receive up to five ALERTS and one REMINDER.  With the AdvanceTrack subscription for $1.99 you will have the option to specify an additional five REMINDERS

How far in advance will you alert me if my flight is cancelled or has changed?
There is no set time interval.  The ALERT occurs as soon as one of our sources reports a delay, cancellation, re-route or gate or terminal change. 

Where does CellTrust FlightAssist source its information?
We obtain flight information from multiple sources such as the FAA, airlines and airports.

What happens if I have specified no ALERTS or REMINDERS during sleeping hours and then my flight is cancelled during that timeframe?
ALERTS remain active during the sleeping hours setting. Only REMINDERS will be suppressed if you have set the sleeping hours option. Important information such as a flight cancellation will be sent as soon as it becomes available.

How long will it take to download?
There is nothing to download. You can configure the flight information you are interested in on the web or by using the browser on your cell phone. Simply go to www.flightassist.com from your computer.

Can I use CellTrust FlightAssist from anywhere?
As long as your mobile device is supported by a carrier based in North America, and your mobile service is functioning wherever you are, you can use CellTrust FlightAssist anywhere in the world.
