1. Complete the date field for the flight you are interested in tracking.
2. Select either Arrival or Departure for the leg of the flight you are tracking. If you know the Airline or the Airline Abbreviation enter it into the Airline field.
3. If you know the Airline or the Airline Abbreviation enter it into the Airline field.
4. Enter the flight number into the Flight Nr. field.
5. Click the SEARCH button while the system updates.
6. All relevant flight information will be displayed below.
7. If you don’t know the flight number, click on the "Help me find it" link at anytime to expand the window to include Departure Airport and Arrival Airport fields. Click on the SEARCH button to view a listing of all corresponding flights. Once you have selected a flight by hightlighting a row in the search results, you don’t have to enter the flight number into the Flight Nr. field.
8. If you specify an airline in the Airline field, the results for "Help me find it" will be limited to flights for that airline.
9. Click on the flight you are interested in tracking.
10. Specify either Arrival or Departure and be certain the flight is still valid and not already redundant.
11. Enter the mobile/cell phone number you would like the flight information sent to.
12. At this point, you also have the option to send information to an additonal three mobile/cell phone numbers selecting either arrival or departure withing the Circle of Friends area.
13. If you want one particular number to be informed about both your Arrival and Departure, you will need to enter the number selecting the Arrival and then again selecting the Departure.
14. Alternatively you might want four different numbers to be informed of your Arrival. Enter each number ans select Arrival each time.
15. If you have a promotional code you can enter it in the field provided.
16. Set the hours of notification within which you want information sent to the mobile phone.
17. Your first reminder is free and you can specify the time frame you would like to receive it up to 1 hour prior to Departure or Arrival.
18. Should you want to purchase additional Reminders select the time frame and click on ADD. Each Reminder will be listed below. You can easily delete and change these by selecting the delete link next to the Reminder and adding a new Reminder.
19. Carefully review the SUMMARY information.
20. Click on CONFIRM when you are ready to start tracking the designated flight as entered.
21. You will be asked to Read and Agree to the CellTrust FlightAssist End User License Agreement (EULA) prior to proceeding.
22. A message will be sent immediately to the mobile phone numbers designated asking you to confirm the transaction. You will be required to reply with OK and send this back as a text message to indicate your approval of the transaction.
23. You will immediately receive a text message indicating the maximum number of alerts you will receive for the designated flight.
